This cancellation policy outlines the terms and procedures for cancelling various Flowline services, including one-time development projects, ongoing maintenance services, and SAAS subscriptions.

2. Development Project Cancellation

For custom development projects:

  • Notice Period: 7 days written notice required
  • Payment: Full payment due for all completed work
  • Deliverables: You receive all work completed up to cancellation date
  • Deposits: Non-refundable but applied to completed work value
  • Timeline: Can be cancelled at any project stage

3. Maintenance Service Cancellation

For ongoing website maintenance and support services:

  • Notice Period: 30 days written notice required
  • Billing: Services continue until end of current billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds for unused portion of billing period
  • Data Access: Continued access to admin panels until service end date
  • Transition: We'll assist with service transition if needed

4. SAAS Subscription Cancellation

For software-as-a-service subscriptions:

  • Self-Service: Cancel anytime through your account dashboard
  • Immediate Effect: Cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle
  • Data Retention: Account data retained for 30 days after cancellation
  • Reactivation: Can reactivate within 30 days without data loss
  • Export Options: Data export available before cancellation

5. How to Cancel

To cancel any Flowline service:

  2. Include your account details and service to be cancelled
  3. Specify your desired cancellation date (subject to notice periods)
  4. We'll confirm receipt and provide cancellation details
  5. Complete any final billing or data transfer processes

6. Cancellation Fees

Flowline does not charge cancellation fees, however:

  • All outstanding invoices must be paid
  • Early termination of annual contracts may forfeit discounts
  • Third-party service cancellations may incur fees from providers
  • Data migration or export services may incur additional charges

7. What Happens After Cancellation

Upon service cancellation:

  • Access: Service access ends at specified cancellation date
  • Data: Account data retained for 30 days for recovery
  • Billing: Final invoice issued for any outstanding charges
  • Support: Limited support available for 30 days post-cancellation
  • Deletion: All data permanently deleted after retention period

8. Emergency Cancellation

In case of emergency situations:

  • Contact us immediately for expedited cancellation
  • We may waive standard notice periods

9. Reactivation

To reactivate cancelled services:

Flowline reserves the right to cancel services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or technical failures. In such cases, we'll provide maximum possible notice and work to minimize disruption.
