Due to the custom nature of our digital services and the quality of our work, we do not offer monetary refunds. This policy exists because:

  • Digital deliverables cannot be "returned" once delivered
  • Each project is tailored specifically to client requirements

6. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases, we may consider partial refunds for:

  • Breach of contract on our part

Such cases will be evaluated individually and require written documentation of the issues.

7. Payment Protection

To protect both parties:

  • Projects are broken into milestones with staged payments
  • You only pay for completed and approved work
  • Clear documentation of all deliverables and requirements
  • Regular check-ins to ensure alignment with expectations

8. Maintenance and Support Services

For ongoing maintenance services:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • Services continue until the end of the billing period
  • All work performed during the billing period is non-refundable

9. Third-Party Services

Refunds for third-party services (hosting, domains, licenses) are subject to the respective provider's refund policies. Flowline will assist in facilitating such requests but cannot guarantee refunds from third parties.
